Our ATR series Rasper are specially designed to take pre-shredded tires chips to produce between 20 – 25 mm wire free rubber chips and is secondary process in tyre recycling after shredding of tyre chips of size 150 – 200 mm.

ATR series Rasper give through output of 1000 kg /hour to 5000 kg /hour on tire chips of 150 mm to 200 mm.

ATR series raspers are designed with arrangement of adjustable and moving blades for easy operations and adjustment. Blades fitted are made of best available tool set to ensure maximum throughput with minimum down time.

ATR series Rasper is used as secondary tire recycling machine for primary size reduction of pre-shredded chips of 150 – 200 mm, it allows it to separate the wire from rubber tires in the purest, cleanest form possible with over-band magnetic separator and vibration pad ensuring maximum separation efficiency of the process. Four ways adjustable blade unique designs ensure maximum blade life. Hydraulically operated housing cover and screen makes it easy for operator to carryon routine maintenance. Interchangeable screen are made of wear resistant steel to with stand the friction and abrasion and screen hole size can be customized as per requirement.
